1.CT secondary star point should be equipment side and P2 should be equipment side.

To short the live CT put short link in the CT TB

To Isolate the equipment from the CT circuit open the CT FT switch

Set the proper current value in the main incomer MCCB.

Because when AC panel components operates the current goes peak value. This peak current should be withstand incomer MCCB.

380 KV GIS HI POT TEST

HI POT TEST

1. WHILE APPLYING VOLTAGE IN ONE PHASE OTHER TWO PHASE SHOULD BE EARTH

2. 380 KV APPLIED VOLTAGE FOR NEW SYSTEM = IMPULSE VOLTAGE X 40 % X 80%

EXAMPLE : - FOR 380KV 1425KV X 0.4 X 0.8 = 515 KV

3. SECOND TIME = Un X 1.2 = 380KV =454 KV

4. MEASURE SECONDARY VOLTAGE IN FLUK MULTIMETER 187 DON'T USE OTHER MULTIMETER

5. IF NEAR BUS IS ALREADY CHARGED ONLY SWITCHING TEST IS DONE . MEANS NEW BUS AND EQUIPMENT IS CHARGED WITH RATED VOLTAGE AND MONITOR 24 HOURS.
